And the trait would trigger moodlets in certain situations, like for example waking up they'd have like a 10% chance of having nightmares, etc., or like would get tense around certain trigger objects/interactions/sims? (I imagine for objects it could be like the aura feature but like idk specified to one sim? would that work?). Like ok my ideal, possibly unachievable dream way that this mod would run would be that like when a sim witnesses/experiences a like stressful event like fire etc, would sort of run a check with a probability of like 10% to add the PTSD trait? With it like increasing by 20% each time they experience the same thing (like first time it's only 10%, then 30%, then 50, etc). Hey guys! So I'm new to modding in general (I've got programming experience tho - Objective C, C#, C++, Java, SQL, I did like a year of an IT degree three years back b4 I became disabled) and was looking for advice on like a) how does one mod on a mac and b) like how would one make custom interactions? I've seen a lot of guides for traits and stuff, but I am wanting to do a PTSD mod where you add a trait that not only triggers like moodlets but like can also trigger custom interactions? Or can someone point me to a tutorial for this?
